La Sal Mountain Cabins

General Information

Meals:  Meals are not included with nightly rental of the cabins. However, they can be purchased for an additional fee, breakfast $7.50, lunch $8.99 & dinner $12.00-$21.00.

Smoking:  No smoking is allowed while inside the cabins or near any open windows of the cabin.  $250 fee will be assessed for any violation.

Check-In:  4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily (at Mt. Peale Inn/Lodge & Cabins).  Earlier or later check-in's by special arrangement. A self check-in packet will be set out for guests arriving after 8:00 p.m.

Check-out:  Check-out is at 10:30 am. 

Quiet Hours:  La Sal Mountain Cabin grounds are for use by our lodging guests only. Quiet hours observed from 10:30pm - 8:00am.

Trailers:  No electrical hookups are allowed of any kind. (i.e., campers, trailers, etc.)

Pets:  No Pets (on grounds or in the cabins), A $250 fee will be assessed for any violation. We have one pet friendly home, $200-300 per night, sleeps two to eight.

Fires:  Sorry, no outside campfires, charcoal fires or fireworks are permitted at the cabins. Gas grills are provided for outside grilling in season.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy: Please read reservation and cancellation policy. Reservations cannot be honored without guest's consent and understanding of these policies.

A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm your reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require payment in full. Two night minimum stay is required for all holidays and special events. We accept master card and visa credit cards, travelers checks, money orders and/or cash .

In order to accommodate all our guests, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will result in a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the stay.  A gift certificate may be issued for the length of stay depending on the reason for cancellation. All lodging shall be paid at the time of your arrival. No refunds If guests desire to leave  prior to their scheduled departure date, for any reason. 

Grocery Stores: Moab has two grocery stores and both are located on the main street of Moab. If your coming from the Southern part of Utah, Monticello, Blanding or Cortez, all have full service grocery stores. La Sal has a small store with one gas pump, located five miles from the cabins. The La Sal store is open 8:00am to 7:00pm, closed on Sunday.

Fuel: Moab and Monticello have full service gas stations and several are open 24 hours a day. Please ensure you have a full tank of gas prior to coming to the cabins. La Sal has a small, one pump facility, 85 octane only. The La Sal gas pump is open 8:00am to 7:00pm, closed on Sunday.

Each cabin is fully stocked with, dishes, pans, silverware & knives, linens, towels, rags to clean bikes, coffee pot, tea pot, fridge, stove, microwave, TV, Vcr, Dvd, four rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Any other items in question please give us a call.  (please provide your own laundry soap)
